If you are heading southeast on Exit 30, keep right, follow signs for WA-500 W and merge onto WA-500 W. Use the left 2 lanes to take the Interstate 5 S exit toward Portland. Merge onto I-5 S. Take exit 308 toward Hayden Island. Turn right onto N Center Ave (signs for DOT Permits). Turn left onto N Hayden Island Dr. Turn right to stay on N Hayden Island Dr. Turn right, and uBreakiFix will be on the right.
