Not super excited that the price displayed on the website was lower than what the store charged. But it was still a great service and good customer service. My phone was fixed on time and works at good as new.

they were fast, helpful, and kind. when they opened my phone they let me know exactly what happened to cause the thermal issue my phone was having and how to avoid it. thank you guys, yall were lifesavers.

Nicolas in store 801 @ Bel Air is an all-star. Patient and knowledgeable. Didn't have such luck in Canton location. Stephanie @ Towson was also good. Took 3 tries but Bel Air got it done.
