Even they couldn't fix my phone but the service was top notch.
Was very speedy. Took my phone in for a battery replacement. Quotes me 2 hours... They had it done in 1.5 hours. New battery is excellent. Thanks guys! Oh, and $100 wasn't nearly as much as some other had quotes...
They were nice enough to refund what I paid for the new battery when the phone had the same problem a week later. Ultimately I got a replacement from Verizon.

The phone wasn't ready when promised, and it did not charge from the USB-C port. It resumed charging through USB port after a wireless charging session.
